• Botanical name: Tilia x mongolica 'Harvest Gold'

• Origin: Developed by Dr. Wilbert Ronald and Mr. Rick Durand. Selected from an open-pollinated seedling population produced by crossing Littleleaf Linden from a Manchurian source with a Mongolian Linden.

• Hardiness: Zone 2 (Canadian and USDA)

• Growth Rate: Approximately 10-15% less than Littleleaf Linden.

• Description: Upright growth habit. Exfoliating bark. Attractive, disease-free, glossy foliage that consistently turns a golden fall colour.

• Landscape Value: Excellent shade tree in residential and downtown plantings, particularly where an upright growth habit and reduced crown spread are required.
